"Shankar - Vikram - Deepika" Combo Coming Soon

Sensational director Shankar is getting ready to take his new film on the sets. As per the Chennai sources, the director is said to be preparing a new script which he is planning to start filming some time in May. Vikram is the hero. The latest reports claim that Shankar’s team is in talks with Deepika Padukone for casting her in the femalelead role. If Deepika utilizes this opportunity she will be lucky enough to be part of twogiant projects as she is already working for superstar Rajnikanth’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’. A R Rahman will compose the music. Megan Fox is pregnant ?

According to the latest issue of Star Magazine, Megan Fox is pregnant with what we can only assume will be the best looking child in modern history.
“They just found out and are incredibly excited,” an insider says of Fox and Brian Austin Green, adding that it’s too early in the term to go public just yet: “They are only telling close friends and family members.”
One of whom, if this report is true, apparently leaked the tidbit to the tabloid in exchange for a payday.
Fox, who married Green in 2010, serves as the stepmother to his 10-year old son, Kassius, from Green’s relationship with ex Vanessa Marcil.
The couple actually finds itself in legal hot water these days, too, as a paparazzi member is suing the former Beverly Hills 90210 star for assault, claiming Green beat him up on a beach in Hawaii a few months ago while being egged on by Fox.

Bachchan’s cameo role in Zanjeer remake

The Latest Tollywood buzz is that Power star Ram Charan Teja’s upcoming Bollywood debut Zanjeer, a remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s 1973 Bollywood super hit Zanjeer, Amitabh Bachchan has agreed to play a cameo in the remake.

It is heard that director Apoorva Lakhia has already included a scene in the script, where Ram Charan Teja and Amitabh Bachchan share screen space. When asked about it, the director however said: “I can’t imagine the remake of Zanjeer, without Amit ji. But, it’s too early to say anything about it.”

Anushka denied Dirty Picture remake

Southindian hot actress Anushka Shetty has denied reports claiming that she would star in the Tamil and Telugu remake of The Dirty Picture, which bagged three National Awards including the Best Actress award (Vidya Balan), besides other accolades.
Kollywood reporter said: “She is not doing the south remake of The Dirty Picture. As far as Kollywood goes, Anushka is currently busy shooting for Selvaraghavan’s Irandam Ulagam with Arya, Suraaj’s Aex Pandian with Karthi and Vijay’s Thaandavam with Vikram. She will start work on Singam 2 with Suriya by October. She has not signed up any other projects in Tamil as of now.”

A big question always burns the brains of young filmmakers who aspire to strike it rich like our elite group of directors. Like the saying ‘all that glitters is not gold’, these top directors are known for what they are not.

A trade analyst and an insider of Tollywood expressed his observations about directors and here are a few.

Rajamouli:

Nicknamed as Jakkanna, he is famous for not delivering any flop movie till date. But, shockingly, none other than Magadheera, Maryada Ramanna and Student No.1 have brought profits to producers. They say ‘Sye’ movie burned the pockets of producer with 2 crore loss.

Krish:

After making ‘Vedam’ and ‘Gamyam’ Krish joined the elite group for his intellectual andphilosophical ideas. But, Vedam has turned out costly for producers. His latest venture ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ is a co-production with his own money and Suresh movies as a partner.

Deva Katta:

Though he talks and sounds smart, none of his movies have allowed producers a smile. Both, Vennela and Prasthanam are loss ventures and hence it took long time for him to commit a producer for his ‘Autonagar Surya’

Sekhar Kammula:

Both his award winning movies, Anand and Godavari made a big hole to his pocket as he is the producer too. While ‘Happy Days’ is a runaway hit, profits walked into distributor Dil Raju’s office. Still Sekhar is regarded as a sensible director.

To sum up, star directors are not someone who makes commercially successful flicks always. 

They just do an average movie with good feel that passes with audience before failing with producers. Cinema works on ‘trademark’ folks!

Sunil Vs Mahesh Babu

Growing up from a level of small time comedian to an action hero is not an easy task for any artist. But, sunil stood as perfect example on how one should concentrate and get dedicated to their work in order to reach the winning shores. Unfortunately one aspect where sunil has scored disavowing remarks is loosing of his facial charm for the sake of six packs shown in Poola Rangadu. Nani To Act in Venkatesh's Savithri

Nani would be acting in the direction of Teja soon. Probably, this film would be titled as Savithri. This was Teja's old project and Victory Venkatesh was supposed to play the main lead. Now, Nani replaces Venkatesh.

Right now, Teja is busy with Neeku Naaku Dash Dash and Nani is winding up Eega and Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu. Once they are done with their current projects, Savithri goes to the sets.

Allu Sirish Reveals About Mahesh Babu's Mega Deal

 A strong news has begun to make rounds about Mahesh Babu and a deal with producer Allu Aravind. Apparently, the buzz was that the prince of Tollywood was offered a whopping Rs 45 crore package wherein Mahesh has to do three projects under Geetha Arts banner.

Not only that, the news also mentioned that Mahesh had the privilege of choosing the scripts and directors. Now, the man incharge has come into the open to speak about it. He is Allu Sirish and he has given his reaction on Twitter.

Sirish reportedly mentioned a tweet which goes - Some false news being circulated about our co Geetha Arts' upcoming projects. We're not a corporate to give deals and contracts.

While Sirish has given the clear stand of Geetha Arts regarding this issue, it remains to be seen whether Mahesh will come with his statement as well.
